That’s where I start. From executive assistant to AI product manager to corporate trainer, I have kept returning to the same question—how can we help people do their work better? I co-founded Adaptig and lead its Academy. My training starts with a real working situation, gives people room to try things for themselves, and helps them bring that learning back to their teams. The verdict follows the weakest link. - Agent = Chatbot + Tools + Brain: a chatbot predicts words; give it tools to act and a brain to plan and remember, and it becomes an agent. - Six concerns: Tools, Availability, Abilities, Speed, Security and People.
