## The brief

New trainers most often walk through every slide. And workshops rarely fail on the AI itself: they fail on access, tool versions, the room and the people.

## How it was designed

1. Sam teaches the two creativity sessions and the Preparation Toolkit session, which turns preparation into five things a trainer readies every time, illustrated with real incidents from past workshops.
2. Between cohorts Sam runs the Trainer Academy: he shares new material first, then collects the trainers' feedback, which sets the next session's content.

## What came out

- **8** trainers graduated from the Hong Kong founding cohort
- **12** sessions over six weeks
- Graduates have gone on to teach on their own, including corporate and public workshops in Hong Kong.
- Adaptig's network has run 180+ workshops across 4 continents in 8 languages (Adaptig's company figures, not Sam's personal ones).
