## The brief

Engineers routinely handle confidential client project data. Before touching any tool, they needed to know what may go into an AI tool and what may not.

## How it was designed

1. The first ten minutes covered data safety with a traffic-light model: green for public information, yellow for internal material with identifiers removed, red for client-confidential material that never goes in.
2. The rest of the session taught one complete workflow, brief to draft to visual: Copilot for structured writing, Canva for visual execution. The pairing later became the "C-How Thinking" framework.

- **10** minutes on data safety first
- The strongest response came from marketing, HR and project-management colleagues.
