## The brief

Staff already used enterprise Microsoft 365 Copilot. The module had to show what agents can do inside that approved environment, not introduce new tools.

## How it was designed

1. Five hands-on cases: a visual translator, data analysis, weekly-report automation, a pitch assistant and a presentation summariser.
2. Sam also built a customer-service voice agent live and generated a deck and an introductory website with other tools.
