## The brief

The audience no longer asked what AI is. They asked how it saves time, cuts repetitive work and shows up in revenue.

## How it was designed

1. The seminar set out a three-phase adoption roadmap: AI literacy for all staff; teams redesigning workflows around AI; and company rules for how people and AI agents work together.
2. The people model: every employee AI-literate, 10% as AI Champions, 10% as AI Builders who configure workflows, and leadership able to set direction and allocate resources.
