I train the people who train AI.

That means most of what I learn does not come from reading about AI. It comes from standing in a room with thirty people who have Copilot on their laptops, have had it for eight months, and have never opened it. Or from a trainer telling me, three weeks after certification, which part of my own material fell apart in front of their audience.

Three hundred one-on-one coaching sessions and ten thousand professionals later, I have a lot of notes. This is where they go.

What actually ends up here

Field notes, mostly. A workshop that went sideways and what I changed. A framework that survived contact with a banking floor. The number that surprised me — nine percent of Copilot licences actually used, eighty-four percent of people who have never touched AI at work.

I write these first for myself, because I forget things. Publishing them keeps me honest: it is harder to repeat a bad idea once you have written down why it failed.

What you will not find

Predictions. Tool roundups that expire in a month. Anything I have not personally run in a room.

If you train people on AI and you want to compare notes, reach out — that is the conversation I most want to have.
