Personal Information Collection Statement
Purpose: Sam Wong uses the details you send through this form to respond to your enquiry and for related follow-up about his training and speaking services.
What we collect: Your name, organisation, email address, the topic you choose, your message and how you heard about Sam.
Voluntary: Giving these details is voluntary. Please provide your name and email address so we can reply. Organisation is optional.
Who receives it: Your details are passed to the service providers that process them for us, namely an email delivery service that sends your enquiry to Sam's inbox and a website analytics service that links your name, organisation and email to your visit so we can see how you found the site. These providers may store data outside Hong Kong.
How long we keep it: We keep your details only for as long as these purposes require, and then delete them.
AI assistant calls: If you use the AI assistant, the call audio and transcript are processed by ElevenLabs and kept for 30 days to improve the assistant.
Access and correction: You have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data. Write to sam@adaptig.com.
