Adaptig trainer programme · AI trainer training · Live online across time zones
Turning practitioners into AI trainers who can run a room on their own.
Sam is the lead Hong Kong trainer in Adaptig's trainer programme and teaches the creativity and preparation sessions for its global cohorts. Graduates go on to run their own workshops.
- When
- Several cohorts since September 2025
- Audience
- Practitioners training to become AI trainers, across several time zones
- Format
- Live online; 12 sessions over six weeks per cohort

The brief
New trainers most often walk through every slide. And workshops rarely fail on the AI itself: they fail on access, tool versions, the room and the people.
How it was designed
- Sam teaches the two creativity sessions and the Preparation Toolkit session, which turns preparation into five things a trainer readies every time, illustrated with real incidents from past workshops.
- Between cohorts Sam runs the Trainer Academy: he shares new material first, then collects the trainers' feedback, which sets the next session's content.
