The brief
The audience no longer asked what AI is. They asked how it saves time, cuts repetitive work and shows up in revenue.
How it was designed
- The seminar set out a three-phase adoption roadmap: AI literacy for all staff; teams redesigning workflows around AI; and company rules for how people and AI agents work together.
- The people model: every employee AI-literate, 10% as AI Champions, 10% as AI Builders who configure workflows, and leadership able to set direction and allocate resources.
What came out
- After the Expo, the organiser wrote to thank Sam.
