The brief
The bank's HR learning and talent development centre ran the programme as an online “Prompt AI” workshop series open to all staff. 760 people had enrolled before the first session.
Colleagues worked in different regions and departments, and many joined by phone. The bank’s AI committee also required that exercises use external public data only. The sessions had to work on a phone, and they had to start with which information may go into an AI tool at all.
How it was designed
- Three themes: AI for document efficiency, AI for creative and multimedia work, and AI for market insight and data analysis, with an additional English session on data analysis.
- A red, amber and green data grading — an industry reference from the trainer, with the bank's own policy always taking precedence: decide whether information may go into an AI tool before starting the exercise.
- A prompt handbook with more than 100 mobile AI use cases for colleagues joining by phone.
