SAM WONG 黃力桐 · CORPORATE AI TRAINER

AI training your team will actually use.

Tried the tools, but work still feels the same? I’m Sam. I help teams start with the work they actually need to get done—and find practical ways to use AI.

ADAPTIG, THE COMPANY I CO-FOUNDED

We help teams actually adopt AI, in many countries.

I co-founded Adaptig to provide corporate AI training. This film shows our hands-on workshops in action.

Adaptig introduction film · 1 min 33 s · English narration

Start with what’s getting stuck.
Then decide how to learn.

Some teams need a starting point. Others have tried AI but struggle to keep using it. And some people want to teach it well. Each calls for a different kind of training.

Corporate AI training

For HR, L&D and business leaders

A demonstration makes sense, but applying it at work is harder. Bring your team’s documents, tasks and workflows into the classroom to practise getting started, checking results and knowing when human judgement is needed.

Discuss team training

Connect the session to the next working day.

01

Start with the work

Identify repetitive, time-consuming or error-prone tasks worth addressing.

02

Practise with relevant material

Try documents and scenarios close to the work, then check the results.

03

Leave with a next step

Identify what to keep using, what needs practice and where judgement still matters.

Different settings.
Practical learning in each.

ABOUT SAM

The person doing the work.
That’s where I start.

From executive assistant to AI product manager to corporate trainer, I have kept returning to the same question—how can we help people do their work better?

I co-founded Adaptig and lead its Academy. My training starts with a real working situation, gives people room to try things for themselves, and helps them bring that learning back to their teams.

Before we begin

How is the training designed?

We start with your team’s work, experience and goals. Then we agree the format, group size and examples. This can be a single workshop or a series of sessions.

Which formats, lengths and languages are available?

Anything from a 30- or 45-minute talk or panel, a three-hour hands-on module and full-day or two-day workshops, to a series of sessions over several weeks, on-site or online. Taught in Cantonese or English, with Traditional Chinese or English materials. Mandarin sessions can be discussed separately.

How should we compare AI training proposals?

Look beyond the course outline: ask the provider for one complete classroom exercise, meaning the material learners receive, the work they must produce and the criteria the trainer uses to assess it. Corporate AI training in Hong Kong: five questions to ask a provider

How are fees calculated?

By session length, group size and the amount of content adaptation required. We agree the scope first, then you receive a written quotation.

Where are you getting stuck?

Getting a team started, making AI part of everyday work, or preparing to teach it? Tell me where things stand. We can work out the next step from there.
